I came across this article this morning’s Daily Good and really enjoyed it. I think it defines that “sweet spot” between “at all costs” goals, learning by doing (succeeding AND failing), and keep that pesky Inner Critic in check.

Bob the builder is incredible. He sees a problem and fixes it using his team and always find a solution. Children need to be taught Bobs life skills!
