The headline that caught my eye was “16 year old Builds Tiny Home for Mortgage-free Future.” I was intrigued.
The video is 10 minutes long so make sure to allow yourself enough time to enjoy his tour.
As I watched it I found myself wondering how much of that self-confidence he had before starting the project v. how much developed along the way. His grasp of “wants v. needs” combined with the decreased impact of “building small” on his wallet, time spent on chores and the environment are also impressive.
